We invite you to become part of Thursday Night on the Square and help us make this exciting community event a success! Volunteers play an important role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable experience for families, vendors, and community members throughout the event.
Thursday Night on the Square takes place at Poncitlán Square on Thursday evenings from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM, bringing the community together for live music, family activities, entertainment, and more.
As a volunteer, you’ll be helping with a variety of tasks including assisting vendors in locating their assigned spaces, helping with event setup and breakdown, and answering questions from attendees to ensure everyone has a great experience.
To support the event, volunteers are needed at the park from 2:30 PM to 8:30 PM, with two shift options available:
Shift 1: 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM
• Assist with event setup and vendor arrivals
Shift 2: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
• Help attendees, support vendors, and assist with event breakdown and cleanup
