Welcome vendors to our exciting community event! We invite you to be part of Thursday Night on the Square - By The Ventura Foundation, a family-oriented event designed to bring the community together for fun, entertainment, and local engagement. This is a great opportunity to showcase your products, services, or organization while connecting directly with community members and families from across the Antelope Valley.

Each Thursday promises a unique experience with a different theme night, creating something new and exciting every week. Attendees will enjoy live music, a kids zone, family activities, food, community engagement, and much more. With thousands of visitors expected throughout the event series, this is an excellent opportunity to increase your visibility, build connections, and grow your reach within the community.

We encourage all vendors to help create a welcoming and engaging environment for attendees. Vendors are responsible for providing their own canopy, tables, and chairs to accommodate their designated 10’ x 10’ vendor space. As many of us know, the Antelope Valley weather can be unpredictable, especially when it comes to wind, so please ensure your canopy is properly secured and anchored for safety.

Food vendors are also encouraged to place tables and chairs in front of their booth space to create a comfortable area where guests can sit and enjoy their food while experiencing the event atmosphere.
